Overview: 

The Scheduling Coordinator is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project manager to help define the project's goals and objectives; create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress.

Responsibilities: 

  • Help the Operations team schedule installs, site surveys, inspections etc for our teams. 
  • The Scheduling Coordinator also will also focus on specific sub-tracks in support of the project, they will also focus on process documentation, process optimization process governance in support of a project.
  • The Scheduling Coordinator ensures accurate documentation and reporting on a consistent basis. The project coordinator may also manage sub-tracks of a project as required in support of a project.
  • Work with different managers to help schedule in a timely manner, and make sure it is coordinated with the team and customers.
